bio | Marko Jenko (b. 1980) studied art history and French at the Faculty of Arts in Ljubljana, where he also worked as a Ph.D. researcher at the Department of Art History. He is now a curator for 20th Century art at the Museum of Modern Art (Moderna galerija) in Ljubljana. In his theoretical work, he focuses primarily on questions concerning the knot between art, art history, psychoanalysis and philosophy. He has translated works by Gérard Wajcman, Jacques Lacan, Jacques Rancière, Gilles Deleuze, Jean Starobinski, David Freedberg, and others, into Slovenian.
